Shaklee Vlog Update

I'm needing some encouragement!! That's pretty much all I can say. I'm honest in that I've been pretty bad in eating my Shaklee this month, and still not too much weight change. So, any thought and encouragement you can send my way, please do!

  2. Oh Vanessa! Losing weight and getting fit CAN be hard. I'm sorry :( Recently I heard a thing that the journey is 70% diet and only 30% exercise. So far, I have found that to be true. All I can say is, don't give up!
